Does the plugin/widget make websites fully compliant?

Updated this week

Our AI-Powered widget is a powerful thanks to our combination of AI and human supervision, however, it's important to note that the widgets do not resolve the following accessibility issues ("Excluded Issues"):

  • (a) Issues in URL parameters (e.g., filtering, organizing, or tracking content via URLs)

  • (b) Remediation of documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDFs), audio, video, and SVG files

  • (c) Third-party content in iframes, plug-ins (e.g., payment), embedded/self-contained content (e.g., ShadowDom, Salesforce)

  • (d) Canvas and Flash elements that block session code changes

  • (e) Non-HTML elements (e.g., OpenGL, XML)

  • (f) Components already handled through other remediation measures

  • (g) Images or links affected by a Decipher Block

  • (h) Third-party pages where accessWidget is not properly installed

  • (i) Keyboards not using the QWERTY layout

  • (j) Single-page apps: full remediation is not guaranteed; keep in mind, we will reach out if we notice any issue and we will offer refund.

  • (k) Websites not built with standard structure conventions (e.g., complex menus, overridden browser functions)

  • (l) Websites or CMSs that block or interfere with third-party scripts

Keep in mind , other widgets cant resolve the above issues. The Company may also list more Excluded Issues in future release notes.
