The Safe Mode feature of our widget allows you to test its functionality on your website without it being visible to your users. To activate this feature, please follow these steps:
Log into your Equally AI account.
Click the 'Manage' button.
Click on the 'advanced settings' section.
Toggle on the 'Safe Mode' option.
Don't forget to save.
Once you have turned on the safe mode option, type this URL - ?testequally=1, to the end of your website's URL. For example, if your website URL is mydomain.com, it should now be mydomain.com?testequally=1. This will make the widget visible only to you.
Once testing is done, turn off the 'Safe Mode' option to make the widget visible on your website.
